I became a quadriplegic in the '90s.
My artistic journey started in music. Until my accident, I was a musician, playing classical guitar as well as many other genres and composed my own songs. After my accident, due to paralysis in all four limbs, I found it difficult to compose and impossible to play music. In late 2019 I received a headtracker that allowed more precise movement on my computer. I discovered within weeks that I was able to create art dwith it and began my journey as an artist. I began posting my art on Instagram and showing it to friends. Then I placed my digital artwork for sale online. My Instagram account has grown, and along with it, my reach to new friends and customers. I published a video showing my journey with art, which you can view below. I resumed composing music with the headtracker, which now provided a way to get the job done. My music is now available on all major streaming services. Drawing on the influence of Armin van Buuren, Avicii, Anna Meredith and Johann Johannsson, my music varies from cinematic to EDM and classical .
